​The State Government Affairs Council Foundation is the 501(c)(3) educational foundation of SGAC. Its purpose is to conduct research, sponsor conferences and seminars, and promote other educational activities related to state government.

Each year, the SGAC Foundation sponsors the Leaders' Policy Conference (LPC), an outstanding educational initiative. The State Government Affairs Council Foundation has sponsored over 30 LPC conferences. The LPC is an annual meeting of the states' legislative leadership and state government affairs professionals from America's leading businesses, associations and service providers. LPC is designed to encourage dialogues on issues of importance between state legislative leaders and private sector representatives.

Many organizations offer a PAC Match program as part of their PAC membership benefits. If you're eligible and contribute to your company PAC, you may be able to have that contribution matched and directed to a qualifying charity - including the SGAC Foundation.
