SGAC's board of directors, committee leadership, and staff recently met virtually for our quarterly board meeting. Together we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 Leaders' Policy Conference, scheduled for November 21 - 24 in Napa, California. The planning committee and staff had put together an outstanding program, making the decision that much more difficult.
We thoroughly explored how the Leaders' Policy Conference could take place and considered many creative ideas for how to maintain the high standards that are the calling card of SGAC conferences. Over the last several months there have been many discussions with the hotel property and an in-depth review of city and state ordinances. We also carefully reviewed our recent travel survey results. It was immensely valuable to have information from well over half of SGAC's membership organizations on travel limitations faced at this time.
SGAC remains committed to offering incredible programming and networking during this unprecedented time. Click here to explore recent and upcoming offerings. We look forward to hosting you for an outstanding LPC program next year in Naples, Florida.

"The Leaders Policy Conference is a tremendous value add to our organization and a reason alone to get engaged with SGAC. There's no conference like it that provides such productive networking opportunities to policy leaders and cutting edge policy discussions. From Tennessee to Arizona, my organization has been able to prove itself a resource to state legislators from conversations sparked at LPC."
