The SGR Compensation and Benefits survey is a data tool that allows state government relations professionals to compare their compensation and benefits structure against individuals and groups across the country. This tool can help evaluate your organization's departmental structure and compensation.
Participating in the SGR Compensation and Benefits Survey is crucial to understanding how your organization and you as an individual compare to other SGR organizations and professionals. All participants that complete at least 50% of the survey will unlock access to receive the survey findings. Individual responses are confidential and survey results will be analyzed in the aggregate. These findings are dynamic so you will be able to use a number of filters (including but not limited to organization type, years in the field, and department budget) to dissect the information and compare how you and your department benchmark against others in the field.
Survey data is collected through a platform designed by Dynamic Benchmarking in partnership with SGAC.
Instructions to participate and receive findings: Access the survey here. You will need to create a login for the survey portal. (For SGAC members this is different from your SGAC login.)
If you have questions accessing the portal, please contact email@example.com.
