The Foundation of Lobbying Competency

Competency Description: The world of state government affairs is founded on the abilities of one to educate and influence on an issue. Sessions in this competency area will cover effective advocacy strategies through a review of comprehensive topics such as lobbying ethics, legislative rules and process, legislative committees, as well as administrative, judicial and local government roles. This is an elective competency of the State Government Relations Professional Certificate Program.

View at your convenience and then please send an email to clumia@sgac.org to receive your webinar survey. This 5-minute survey provides valuable feedback to the Education & Training Committee and is required for credit in the State Government Relations Professional Certificate Program.
