Ethics and Ethical Leadership Competency

Competency Description: Stemming from the Greek word "ethos", meaning character, ethics is having a sense of moral philosophy and dealing with the concepts of good vs. evil or right vs. wrong. This topic area will cover decision making which reflects a value system based on equity and justice, putting the good of the organization or mission before one's own interests, and leading with integrity. This is a mandatory competency of the State Government Relations Professional Certificate Program.

This 5-minute survey provides valuable feedback to the Education & Training Committee and is required for credit in the State Government Relations Professional Certificate Program.
